When I plan an event, I provide each potential client with a complimentary consultation to get to know one another and to provide them with the opportunity to view my wedding and event portfolio. The consultation will also give me the opportunity to learn about the event to provide the potential client with a price quote based on what services they will need- i.e. full planning and day of coordination, day of coordination only, idea consultations only, or whether they need favors, florals, decor, wait staff, set up and break down from Design by Danielle.
Once a client enters into contract with me, the planning begins. I work closely with my client to provide them with exactly the event they are looking for. This means I am fully available for as many meetings, phone consultations, emails, etc. as necessary to learn my clients wants and desires in all areas pertaining to the event. When wedding planning, for example, I strive to learn about the couple's personality and the story behind their relationship to incorporate what makes them unique into the wedding.
I work with my clients to provide a budget plan for the client, develop the event theme, color scheme, decor, vendor team, itinerary of the day, menu, guest lists, seating charts, and so much more! When I plan the event, I also attend the day of the event to coordinate and make sure all goes smoothly.
As a special memento, I also make a keepsake album for each of my clients. I include the paperwork and charts that I create for planning, as well as pictures taken the day of the event as a rememberance.
